gong baths
Unhurried, grounded, quietly held
A gong bath is an immersive sound experience where you lie down and rest while gongs and gentle instruments are played.
Waves of tone and vibration move through the body, often inviting the nervous system to soften, tension to ease, and rest to deepen..
What these sessions are
These gatherings are long-form sound baths, created as time to rest deeply in sound.
The room becomes quiet.
The outer world softens.
Attention naturally begins to turn inward.
Some people drift at the edges of sleep.
Some rest in a simple, wordless listening.
Some sessions feel spacious.
Some feel physical.
Some feel quiet.
Some feel subtle.
No two experiences are the same.
Each person meets the sound in their own way, and in their own inner world.
How a session unfolds
Sessions are held over a generous window of around ninety minutes.
This allows time to arrive, to settle, and to let the room slowly become quiet.
The gongs and other instruments are offered slowly and with care, leaving room for the breath, for sensation, and for whatever wishes to arise.
After the sound, there is space to return gently before moving back into the day.
A few gentle notes
Everything you need to lie down comfortably is provided — mats, blankets, cushions, and eye masks. You’re welcome to bring anything personal that helps you feel especially at ease.
Please arrive a few minutes early if you can, so there is time to settle and the session can begin quietly.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water if you wish.
Once the sound has begun, the door is closed, so that the atmosphere can remain undisturbed. Arriving on time helps keep the space settled for everyone.
Sessions are held over around ninety minutes, with a long, unbroken sound journey at the heart of the gathering.
If at any moment you need to move, sit up, or step outside, you’re free to do so.
After a session, people often feel quiet, spacious, or tired. Giving yourself a little space afterwards can be supportive.
After the sound, you’re warmly invited to stay for a cup of tea and a gentle return before moving back into your day.
No experience is needed. You don’t need to prepare in any way. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Join a session
Whether you are arriving in stillness or searching for it, you are welcome.
These gong baths are an offering of rest, listening, and gentle return. A space to lie down, to soften, and to let the body come back into its own quiet rhythm.
For now, sessions are held on Sundays, in a small shared space, with times alternating each week.
If you feel drawn, you’re warmly welcome to reach out.
